These terms explain the relationship between you and Nuvexrila when you use our store or place an order.

1. Who operates this store
Nuvexrila is operated by Shenzhen Hongyunxi Technology Co., Ltd., with Ma Youping identified as Owner. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. Our contact information is set out below. Read these terms together with the Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
2. Use of the website
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or upload harmful or unlawful content. You are responsible for keeping account credentials private and for activity conducted using your account, subject to applicable law. If you cannot lawfully enter a purchase contract yourself, an authorized adult should handle the transaction.
3. Listings, styling and images
Items are described individually. Our images include generated design visualizations and may show furniture, inserts or decorative accessories that are not included. Such visuals do not confirm composition, dimensions, certifications or performance. Screen settings may affect color appearance. Confirm essential specifications and package contents from the listing or our response before ordering; we do not treat the omission of information as your acceptance of an unknown specification.
4. Prices, payment and errors
Prices are shown in USD. Review the checkout total, including shipping, discounts and applicable collected taxes, before payment. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any proposed correction or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled purchase as appropriate.
5. Orders and acceptance
An automated acknowledgement records that an order was submitted; any further acceptance or dispatch information is communicated through the order channel. We may seek necessary details, refuse an order we cannot lawfully or practically fulfill, or cancel an unfulfilled order for a material issue. We will not retain payment for a cancelled item that is not supplied, except where a lawful and clearly disclosed arrangement applies.
6. Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly with your order number and request. We will check the stage and confirm what can be changed. A request alone does not automatically stop preparation, and a dispatched parcel may not be interceptable. The Order Changes & Cancellations page explains the process. 7. Shipping and delivery
The Shipping Policy states destinations, rates and timing. Preparation and carrier transport are separate: standard planning combines 5–10 business days of preparation with 10–15 business days after dispatch, for 15–25 business days overall. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will review delivery issues and explain the available resolution; mandatory rights are preserved.
8. Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days after receipt under our Return Policy. Follow authorized instructions before sending an item. Approved returned-item refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected, through the original payment method; bank posting may take additional time. 9. Care and appropriate use
Follow the actual item care label and use bedding for its intended purpose. Do not infer cleaning temperatures, suitability, health benefits or certified performance from a styled image. Ask for clarification when a detail is missing. Ordinary styling suggestions are guidance and do not replace product-specific instructions.
10. Intellectual property and third-party services
Website design, original text, brand assets and imagery are protected as applicable. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not copy or redistribute store content commercially without permission. Third-party links and payment or carrier services have their own applicable terms. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of all third-party content.
11. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. You may contact us with privacy requests or use the available Privacy Choices interface. Order messages may still be sent when necessary even if you opt out of optional marketing. Do not send passwords or full payment card details by email.
12. Responsibility and limitations
We seek to keep the store accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or perfect error-free operation. Responsibility for a claim is assessed under applicable law and the facts of the order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights for defective goods or other legally protected claims. We do not require you to waive such rights as a condition of receiving support.
13. Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory laws that protect you in your place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may be brought before a competent court at the company's location in Shenzhen, except where applicable mandatory rules give you another forum or protection. Contact us first to explain a concern so that we can attempt to resolve it; this does not prevent you from pursuing an available legal remedy.
14. Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the store and will show the revised effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
