Product and fit questions
Send the product name, the measurement you are trying to match and any question about the listed item. For fitted sheets, include mattress length, width and depth. For pillowcases and duvet covers, include the insert measurements. Please wait for clarification if a necessary detail is missing from a listing.
Orders and delivery
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For tracking concerns, add the tracking number and the latest status. Address changes and cancellations are time-sensitive; email promptly and wait for confirmation before assuming a change has been made.
Returns, wrong items or damage
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Describe the concern and include photographs when useful. We will review the request and provide instructions. Do not send a return to the Hong Kong business contact address unless specifically instructed.
Privacy and account requests
Explain the request without sharing passwords, full payment card details or identity documents in the initial message. We may ask for proportionate verification through an appropriate channel. The Privacy Choices page also contains Shopify's available opt-out interface.
