This policy explains how Nuvexrila handles information when you visit the store, place an order or contact us.

Shenzhen Hongyunxi Technology Co., Ltd. operates Nuvexrila and is the store's responsible business contact for the processing described here. Shopify hosts our storefront and processes information to provide its services; it may also process certain information for its own purposes under its privacy notices. Contact service@nuvexrila.com for store-related requests.
2. Information and sources
We receive information you submit, including contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order details, account information and support messages. Payment providers process payment credentials and transaction information; do not send card details to our support email. Website operation can involve device, browser, IP address, cookie and interaction information. We also receive necessary payment status and carrier information from service providers involved in an order.
3. Purposes
We use necessary information to operate the store, process and fulfill orders, provide support, manage returns and refunds, maintain accounts, prevent misuse and fraud, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Optional marketing communications and non-essential tracking depend on the choices and legal requirements that apply. We do not treat a support inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.
4. Shopify and service providers
Information may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers and technical support providers to the extent needed for the relevant service. Providers may have independent obligations and notices. We may disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect lawful rights, or in a legitimate business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards. We do not claim that every optional advertising integration is enabled merely because Shopify supports it.

Essential cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout and security. Other cookies or similar technologies may support preferences, analytics or advertising where enabled. Use the store's available consent interface to manage choices and your browser settings to control cookies; blocking essential cookies may affect functionality. The Privacy Choices page contains Shopify's available opt-out interface. We have not represented unverified advertising pixels as active.
6. Marketing preferences
Where marketing is offered, you may withdraw optional email subscriptions through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Operational messages about orders, security or an existing request may continue where needed. We do not require marketing consent to process a normal privacy request.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, including completing orders, maintaining required records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements; we do not promise a single fixed deletion period for all data. We will consider deletion requests subject to necessary legal and operational exceptions.
8. International processing
Our company is based in Shenzhen and has a separate Hong Kong business contact address. Shopify and other providers can process information in countries different from yours. Applicable legal safeguards are used where required. The fact that an order ships to the United States does not mean all data is stored there.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures and the platform's available security features to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary support messages. Contact us if you believe your store account or order information has been misused.
10. Children
The store is intended for shopping by people who can lawfully enter a purchase contract. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information improperly, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising as those activities are legally defined. Use Privacy Choices or email us. We may seek proportionate verification and details needed to find the relevant records. Authorized agents may need to demonstrate their authority. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising a protected privacy right.
12. Signals, complaints and updates
Shopify's privacy tools may recognize applicable Global Privacy Control signals according to their configuration and the laws that apply. We have not independently certified every signal or regional interface behavior. If you disagree with our handling of a request, contact us with the reason; you may also complain to a competent authority where available. We will update this notice when practices materially change and provide any notice required by applicable law.
