Currency and checkout
Store prices are displayed in USD. The payment methods actually available are shown by checkout. Shipping, applicable collected taxes and discounts are presented before payment. Your card provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees when your account currency differs.
Order and payment confirmation
A payment attempt is not always a completed order. Retain the confirmation received after checkout. If you see a pending authorization but no order confirmation, contact us with the checkout email and approximate time; do not send a full card number or security code.
Billing details
Provide accurate billing information and follow any verification requested by the payment provider. We cannot bypass bank authentication or guarantee that a provider will approve a transaction. If payment fails, consult the provider before repeated attempts.
Promotions and refunds
Review a promotion's displayed conditions before ordering. Approved refunds use the original payment method wherever applicable. Processing by us and posting by a bank are separate steps. See the Return Policy for return inspection and refund timing.
