What can I shop?
The edit includes flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. Items are sold as identified in each listing; a styled bedroom image does not mean a complete set is included.
How do I choose the size?
Measure your mattress or insert and compare it with the specific item details. If a necessary measurement is missing, contact us before ordering. Our Size & Fit Guide explains what to measure.
Are the images physical product photographs?
Our original images include generated design visualizations. They illustrate color and styling; they do not verify materials, dimensions, performance or included items.
Where do you ship?
Our current sales market is the United States. Available address-specific services appear at checkout.
How long does standard delivery take?
Order preparation is 5–10 business days after order/payment confirmation, subject to needed information. Standard carrier transport is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Combined standard planning is 15–25 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping, where available, is $7.99 and has no unconfirmed guaranteed arrival date.
Can I return an item?
Request a return by email within 30 days of receipt. Eligibility, authorization, postage responsibility and refund timing are explained in the Return Policy.
Can I change an order?
Email promptly with your order number and the requested change. We will check the stage and confirm what is possible; dispatched parcels may not be changeable.
